Hi!  My name is Allegra, and this is my portfolio website.  Use the navigation links at the top of each page to get around.  You can reach me through the contact form on my new website.  If you want a response from me, you have to type in your email in quotes or in the comments or else the reply won't work from my end.  Please be patient as this website is new and undergoing construction, and check back frequently as it's always changing and growing!

A little about me.

First of all, thanks for visiting my site!  I'm an Industrial design student at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, class of 2010.  I love NYC, but I'm from a Boston suburb, so I have Boston pride as well.

I am always looking for new ways to grow and to improve the world around me.  The environment is very important to me, and it pains me to see what industry has done to it so far, and where it is headed.  That's why one of my greatest missions is, through good design, to universalize green design.

My style of design leans towards simple, clever, and unique.  I really enjoy furniture design, kitchen product design, and toy design.  New York offers many great opportunities to explore the modern design world, and having those resources at my fingertips is something I definitely do not take for granted.
